Project 1:Timeline & Self-Portrait

Here's my self-portrait and timeline project. I had an easier time with the timeline but the self-portrait was, as I thought, more challenging. It's always hard to define yourself, even with words and pictures. I steered more towards pictures and things that are important to me, and make me who I am. Each item in the picture is near and dear to me. Especially the framed painting, my grandmother painted it of me when I was about 4. She has always been an artistic inspiration and a wonderful woman who has taught me a lot. The timeline is a whole different style, but I wanted to show how I love the vintage, worn feel of my self-portrait and the sleek more modern look of my timeline. I enjoy both styles.
